The highly aclaimed and popular Anchorstone Café is a beautiful place to enjoy delicious and exceptional local seafood, and is one of South Hams’ few true riverside cafés.

Sportsmans Arms

Just over a mile from Dittisham Hideaway is the sportsmans arms.

A characterful country pub with log burning fireplaces, plenty of old beams and a large outdoor dining terrace. Plenty of parking; the food is freshly prepared with an appealing varied menu to a very high standard. The Sunday carvery lunch is highly recommended. Due to popularity advance booking is essential.

The Ancient Market Town of Totnes

Totnes is just 8 miles (a 20-minute drive) from Dittisham. This beautiful historic town offers many tearooms, health food shops, an organic farm shop, supermarket, Asian cuisine and quaint cafés and artisan shops.
