Mikael brings to your table over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry, combining flavours from across the globe to develop his own unique style.
Trained in some of France most renowned restaurants, including Michelin starred Le Goyen in Audierne, Le Fouquet’s in Paris, and Le Relais Bernard L’oiseau in Saulieu to name only a Few.
During this time, he has cooked for various public figures, including Sir Roger Moore, Phil Colins, Luciano Pavarotti, Sophie Marceau, more recently David Arnold, Professor Stephen Hawking, Stephen Graham.
