Treehouses

Our treehouses are real gems in our little collection of hideaways. Each treehouse sleeps up to 2 adults and 3 children (under the age of 16) plus 1 infant (in a cot – which can be provided), perfect for couples or family holidays. Boasting their own private furnished deck and wood-fired hot tub there is something for everyone. Bring along your four-legged friends – Three of our four treehouses (Pheasant, Woodpecker and Owl) are dog-friendly (maximum 2 well-behaved dogs welcome).

Each deck includes a hammock*, outdoor chess set*, sun loungers, BBQ* with dining area, and a traditional wood-fired cedar hot tub. The interiors are attractively furnished with a nod to their environment, with a variety of rich wood finishes, soothing toned fabrics, sumptuous Egyptian cotton bed linen and home comfort essentials that include underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 en-suite bathrooms with power showers, family fun board games, books, and Wi-Fi.

We have prepared a hamper to settle you in, packed with some local treats, enough for welcome tea/coffee & nibbles, with the inclusion of milk, butter & freshly baked cookies. (subject to change due to local availability)

What’s included in your stay:

• Welcome hamper packed with lots of local goodies (including: butter, milk, apple juice, crisps, cookies, hot chocolate and marshmallows)
• Your first basket of logs, plus 2 sacks of logs and 2 bags of kindling. Additional bags of logs £15.00/bag, bags of kindling £5/bag.
• Luxury, eco-friendly, organic toiletries (cleansing gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion)

Your treehouse features:

• 1 x luxury king double bed dressed with a Devon Wool Duvet
• 1 x children’s triple bunk bed in a separate bedroom. Single mattresses are 3ft x 6.3ft. Please note that space is limited in height between the beds.
• 2 x bathrooms with power showers
• Wood-burning stove
• Underfloor heating throughout
• Soft bathroom and hot tub towels
• Fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee maker
• Smart TVs, a selection of board games and books
• Private deck

• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome in Woodpecker, Pheasant and Owl treehouses (Buzzard is dog free please)
• Electric Vehicle charging point (located in main car park) charged at £25.00, per charge
• On-site parking, with Woodpecker being the closest to the main car park for access

Check-in days for our four Treehouses (Woodpecker, Buzzard, Pheasant and Owl) are:

• Monday (2-night / 4-night / 7-night durations)
• Wednesday (2-night / 5-night / 7-night durations)
• Friday (3-night ‘weekend’ / 5-night / 7-night durations)

We are excited to offer for 2026 our new ‘weekend rate’ for Friday check-ins. Our new weekend rates give you access to one of our gorgeous treehouses for the entire weekend, with a flexible self-check in anytime from 4pm on the Friday, and departure anytime up until 10am on the Monday. This means that if you have to get back for work on Monday morning, you can stay and enjoy your weekend for as long as possible on Sunday, having one last dip in the hot tub or another countryside walk before heading home with no rush to check out.
